    How is a hosted 3CX system different from buying 3CX software directly?

    When you buy 3CX directly, you’re responsible for hosting infrastructure, configuration, updates, and support. Central Connect’s hosted service includes all of this, you get the benefits of 3CX without the IT overhead.

    3CX is compatible with most SIP-capable IP phones including Yealink, Fanvil, Snom, and Grandstream. We’ll assess your existing hardware during the discovery phase. Where phones are not compatible, we can supply and configure new handsets.

    3CX hosted VoIP runs best over a Business Grade NBN or fibre connection with QoS configuration. Central Connect provides business NBN plans specifically optimised for VoIP workloads.
