Business Mobile Phone Plans
Most Central Coast businesses that sign up with one of the major carriers end up paying more than they need to, with plans that do not fit how their team actually uses their phones. Data that disappears at the end of the month. Bills that vary unpredictably when someone goes over. A 1300 number for support that takes 40 minutes to get through.
Central Connect provides business mobile plans on Australia’s largest mobile network, managed by our team in Wyong. The same coverage your staff rely on today, with data rollover, data pooling, local fleet management, and an account team that actually knows your business.
Business mobile plans available for new connections and BYO (bring your own) devices. Contact Central Connect on 1800 426 855 to discuss your fleet requirements.
There is nothing stopping you from walking into a Telstra or Optus store and signing up directly. Most businesses that do come to Central Connect after doing exactly that, because managing mobile plans at the carrier level is unnecessarily complicated for a business owner who has other things to focus on.
Your phone system, NBN internet, and mobile plans all sit under one Central Connect account with a single monthly invoice. No juggling multiple provider portals and billing cycles.
Add SIMs, change plans, suspend a lost device, and set data alerts from a single management portal. No calling a carrier for every change.
When something needs sorting with your mobile fleet, you call us. We deal with the carrier on your behalf. You do not sit in a hold queue.
Business mobile plans include data rollover so unused data carries to next month, and data pooling so high-usage staff borrow from low-usage colleagues. You stop paying for data that is wasted at month end.
Central Connect manages business mobile accounts for sole traders and multi-site hotel groups. The account model scales without additional complexity on your end.
Central Connect’s business mobile plans run on the same infrastructure as the carrier’s own plans. Your staff get the same coverage they have today.

Data
All plans include national calls, national SMS, and voicemail. Data rollover and data pooling are available on eligible plans. Contact us for current pricing and plan details.
With data rollover on eligible Central Connect business plans, any unused data from the current month rolls into the next month. If a staff member uses only 15 GB of their 30 GB plan in January, those 15 GB carry forward and are available in February before the monthly allocation adds on top.
For businesses where data usage varies month to month, rollover means you are not paying for data that disappears at midnight on the last day of the billing cycle. It is particularly useful for field-based staff whose data usage spikes on some jobs and is minimal on others.
With data pooling, the data allowances across all SIMs on your account are combined into a single shared pool. High-usage staff draw from the pool when they need it. Low-usage staff contribute to it when they do not.
Without data pooling, you are forced to either over-provision every plan to cover peak usage or watch some staff run out of data while others finish the month with gigabytes to spare. Pooling makes the allocation work across your whole team rather than per individual.
This is especially useful for businesses with a mix of office and field staff, where field teams use significantly more data than their desk-based colleagues.
If your staff already have phones they are happy with, Central Connect can provision a SIM-only plan on those devices. BYO plans have no device repayment component, which keeps the monthly cost lower and avoids locking staff into specific hardware.
If your team needs new handsets, Central Connect can include device repayments as part of the plan. We can discuss handset options during your consultation. Popular business choices include Samsung Galaxy, Apple iPhone, and Google Pixel devices across a range of price points.
Business mobile plans from Central Connect work alongside your hosted 3CX phone system to give your staff the best of both. The 3CX mobile app on a staff member’s smartphone uses the business phone system for calls, with your business number as the caller ID. The underlying mobile plan provides the cellular data connection the app uses when the phone is away from Wi-Fi.
This means a tradie with a Central Connect business mobile SIM and the 3CX app installed has a professional business phone system in their pocket: calls route through your IVR, voicemails go to email, and colleagues can transfer calls to them from the office. Their personal mobile number stays private and separate.
For businesses with more than a handful of SIMs, managing mobile plans at the individual level becomes time-consuming. Central Connect provides fleet management tools and account support so that:
Central Connect business mobile plans can include international roaming add-ons for staff who travel overseas for work. Roaming rates and destinations vary by plan. Contact our team to discuss the destinations relevant to your staff and the most cost-effective roaming configuration for your fleet.
If your staff have existing mobile numbers they want to keep, Central Connect manages the porting process from your current carrier. Your team keeps the numbers they already use for work. The porting process is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days. See our local number hosting page for more detail on how number porting works.
