For growing businesses handling moderate call volume. Ideal for professional services, medical, retail, and trade businesses on the Central Coast.
Multi-department businesses with reception, sales, and service teams. Supports IVR and call queue configurations with a 3CX system.
Custom channel counts for high-volume inbound operations, call centres, or multi-site deployments. Contact our team for a tailored quote.
Our SIP trunks are compatible with all major PBX platforms including 3CX, Cisco, Avaya, NEC, and Panasonic. If you’re running an older on-premise PBX, we can connect our SIP trunks directly with no changes to your hardware.
Looking to upgrade your phone system at the same time? Central Connect is a certified 3CX Hosted Phone System partner, we can replace your PBX with a fully hosted cloud phone system and connect it to our SIP infrastructure in a single project.
SIP trunking over a standard residential NBN connection is not recommended for business. For reliable, business-grade call quality, your SIP trunks should run over a dedicated Business Grade NBN service with Quality of Service (QoS) prioritisation configured on your router.
Central Connect provides Business Grade NBN plans specifically configured for VoIP and SIP workloads, ensuring your calls are never impacted by general internet traffic on your network.
Yes. We handle the full number porting process from your current provider. Your 02 numbers, local numbers, and any 1300 or 1800 numbers can be retained. Porting typically takes 2–5 business days
No. SIP trunks connect to your existing PBX. Your desk phones, reception units, and conference devices all continue to work as normal. If you decide to upgrade to a fully hosted 3CX system in future, we can assist with that transition.
We configure failover routing on all SIP trunk accounts. In the event of an internet outage, inbound calls are automatically redirected to a nominated mobile number or alternate site, ensuring you never miss a call.
Yes. SIP trunks replace your phone lines but leave your existing PBX in place. A hosted phone system replaces your entire PBX with a cloud-based system. Central Connect provides both, see our Business Phone System page for a full comparison.
