Business Phone System
Your phone system is the first thing a new customer hears. It sets the tone before anyone on your team has said a word. And for most Central Coast businesses it is also the system their staff rely on all day, every day, to coordinate jobs, handle enquiries, and keep things moving.
Central Connect is a certified 3CX partner based in Wyong. We supply and manage business phone systems for companies of every size across the Central Coast, from sole traders in Tuggerah to hotel groups operating across multiple NSW properties. We do the setup, handle the migration, and provide ongoing support from an office 10 minutes up the road.
Based in Wyong. Serving Gosford, Tuggerah, Terrigal, The Entrance, Bateau Bay and all Central Coast LGAs. On-site visits available.
The right phone system depends on what you already have, what your team needs, and how much you want to spend maintaining it. Central Connect provides three core options for Central Coast businesses and will help you work out the right fit before any commitment is made.
This is what most Central Coast businesses choose when upgrading or starting fresh. Your phone system is hosted by Central Connect in the cloud. Staff connect using a desk phone, the 3CX desktop or mobile app on their laptop or phone. There is no server at your premises, no hardware to maintain, and no IT overhead. When you hire someone new, we add an extension. When someone leaves, we remove it.
If your current phone system still does the job and you mainly want to cut line rental costs, SIP trunking is worth looking at. We replace your old copper or ISDN phone lines with internet-based SIP trunks connected to your existing PBX. Your hardware stays put, your numbers stay the same, and your monthly costs come down.
For organisations with specific compliance requirements or limited internet connectivity, on-premise PBX deployment still makes sense. Central Connect can supply, install, and support IP PBX systems and pair them with SIP trunks to bring down ongoing costs.
We tailor each 3CX deployment to your team size and requirements. Whether you’re a 5-person professional services firm or a 150-seat hospitality group, Central Connect has a hosted 3CX solution that fits. in this done but content need to be from first

We are local. Our team is based across the Central Coast and covers Wyong, Gosford, Tuggerah, and all surrounding areas. When something needs attention, we deal with it directly — the same person who manages your account picks up when you call.
We run our own SIP trunking platform and hosted voice infrastructure, so there is no third-party carrier sitting between you and your phone system. Because we provide NBN, voice, and mobile, everything can sit on one account with one point of contact when something needs sorting.
Our clients include SoftBank Robotics, Thomas Hotels, Hunter Hotels, Priceline Pharmacy, and Battery World. These are real businesses across NSW who trust us with communications that matter to their operations.
It depends on your team size, call volume, and the features you need. A hosted 3CX system for a 5-person business starts from approximately $100 per month all-inclusive, covering the phone system, SIP trunks, and our local support. For medium and enterprise businesses, we provide a custom quote after a free assessment. There are no lock-in contracts by default.
Yes. Number porting is included in every phone system deployment. Your existing 02 numbers, and any 1300 or 1800 numbers, transfer across to our platform. We manage the porting process from end to end, typically within 2 to 5 business days, and schedule it outside business hours to avoid disruption.
You need a reliable business-grade connection, not necessarily a fast one. A standard NBN50 or higher Business NBN plan with Quality of Service configuration on your router is sufficient for most deployments. We can assess your existing connection during your consultation at no charge.
A standard hosted 3CX deployment for a 5 to 15 person business takes 3 to 5 business days from sign-off to go-live, including number porting. Medium and enterprise deployments are scoped individually but typically run over 1 to 3 weeks depending on complexity.
Central Connect configures failover routing on all accounts. If your internet connection drops, inbound calls are automatically redirected to nominated mobile numbers or alternate sites. This is set up during the initial configuration, not as an afterthought.
Yes. Remote staff install the 3CX desktop or mobile app and connect to your system over the internet. Their extension, voicemail, and ring group membership all work the same whether they are at your Wyong office, home in Gosford, or travelling interstate.
